GUTIERREZ, JR., J.:

The private respondents, heirs of the late Potenciano Kapunan, seek reconsideration of the decision rendered by this Court on October 16, 1990 (Filamer Christian Institute v. Court Appeals, 190 SCRA 477) reviewing the appellate court’s conclusion that there exists an employer-employee relationship between the petitioner and its co-defendant Funtecha.
